The Community Centre is available for daytime and evening hire for private functions, kids parties, fitness classes, clubs etc.
Spacious hall approximately 15m x 8m
Maximum capacity 150 people (90 if seated)

A private car park at the front of the building parks 8 - 10 cars plus on-street parking.
Great public transport links - No. 47 bus route from the Metrocentre and central Newcastle.
Standard rate is £20 per hour but this reduces to £10 per hour for regular users after the first 4 weeks.

To ensure we are good neighbours and that we are mindful of the needs of other users of the hall, please abide by the following:
Any music must cease by 12 midnight.
Doors and windows must be kept shut during the performance of electronically amplified entertainment
Sunday entertainments authorised by this licence are limited to entertainments not prohibited by the Sunday Observance Act as modified by later statutory provisions.
Please do not stick or pin any posters/materials on the walls and do not use duck tape anywhere on the premises
Please clean ovens after use
Please leave all toilets clean and tidy
Please remove all your rubbish from the premises
Please do not use the piano. It is not the property of the Community Association.
Please make sure everyone parks safely away from corners.
